WWE has been partnering with several indie promotions for the past few months especially PROGRESS Wrestling and EVOLVE to bring the most talked-about, high-flying and action-packed shows in the world of professional wrestling today. WWE has also been sending their talents to these shows to further their relationship with these promotions. It is being said that WWE United Kingdom Champion Pete Dunne is set to face Ilja Dragunov in a Non-Title Match at The PROGRESS Wrestling Event on September 30th from SSE Arena in Wembley, London, England. Tyler Bate has also been announced for the show in a match against PROGRESS World Champion Walter. Trent Seven will also be facing PROGRESS Atlas World Champion Doug Williams in a match that will see Williams retire if he loses.
As previously reported, the big PROGRESS Show on September 30th will also feature Matt Riddle’s final indie match against Mark Haskins and Toni Storm’s return from her injury, in a Triple Threat Match with Jinny and Millie McKenzie.
Ever since Elias was moved up to the main roster, he has been garnering more fans, selling the most merchandise and he even released a debut album that has hit the music charts. Elias has also had multiple concerts that have been an absolute spectacle to watch and experience in person. It was previously reported that Elias & Kevin Owens will be taking on the team of the 16-time world champion John Cena & Bobby Lashley at The WWE Super Show-Down Event in Australia next month. Below is a new video of Elias promoting the match and revealing that he will be performing on the event before the match:
