Chris Jericho and New Japan Pro Wrestling’s Kenny Omega have been bickering back and fourth on social media for a few weeks now. Some rumors of the two possibly having a match in WWE or New Japan Pro Wrestling have been circulating online recently. It appears that another shot in the feud has been fired, because Chris Jericho threatened to end Kenny Omega’s reign as the IWGP United States Heavyweight Champion earlier today. Whether or not anything will come of this remains to be seen, but given the fact that Bullet Club members The Young Bucks and Marty Scurll have been announced for Jericho’s upcoming cruise, it seems likely that Jericho and Omega could be setting up a match there.

It’s no secret that hurricanes and natural disasters have ravaged several parts of the world this year, and Ring of Honor announcers Colt Cabana and Ian Riccaboni are looking to do something about that. ROH announced recently that the two will be teaming up for a meet and greet which will see all of the proceeds go towards victims affected by Hurricanes Irma and Maria via UNIDOS Por Puerto Rico. The sessions will be taking place at ROH events in Ft. Lauderdale and Lakeland, Florida on November 11th and November 12th respectively. Fans who purchase the package will be rewarded with a chance to meet the announcers, get a photo and an autograph, and they will also be allowed to try on the headsets for the broadcast.
After a ton receiving a ton of buzz and attention following his time competing on the independent circuit, Lio Rush signed a deal to join NXT, but he received just as much attention when he posted a tweet online mocking the recent release of former WWE Superstar Emma. He reportedly has a ton of heat in the company right now due to the tweet, and some have even reported that he may have been fired had he not taken the tweet down and apologized for it. Lio Rush posted a series of tweets earlier today commenting on his mistake. He assured fans that despite his mistake, he is not finished proving people wrong by any means.

A mistake should be your teacher, not your attacker. A lesson, not a loss. A temporary and NECESSARY detour, not a dead end.
